By providing your payment details, you authorize Thornless Rose Home to charge your payment method for the full amount due, including taxes and fees.

3. Shipping and Delivery We offer free standard 10-30 day shipping on all orders within Canada and the USA (see exceptions below). We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible; however, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
Shipping is available within Canada and the United States not including U.S territories. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Digital products are not physically shipped.
4. Order Cancellation Once an order has been placed and payment processed, it is generally final. However, you may contact our customer service team at rose@thornlessrosehome.com to inquire about potential order cancellations or changes before shipment. Cancellations are not guaranteed but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Discounts and Promotions Any discounts or promotional codes must be applied during the checkout process before finalizing the order. These discounts cannot be applied retroactively after payment is completed. Promotions are subject to availability and may have expiration dates or limitations.

9. Refund and Return Process we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. We are not liable for any items that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to include your name, order number, and a photo showing the condition of the item upon arrival. There are no refunds for digital products.
